Ain’t no party enjoy White Party Bangkok /! More so than ever before, residents of and visitors to the Thai capital possess relished the chance to dance into at the amazing annual event’s very first in-person installation since the pandemic. Safety measures were of course in place to guarantee the best exposure for everyone, but beyond simply entity safe, White Party Bangkok was also a whole lot of fun… For a review of all that made the gay sway extravaganza so extraordinary , check out the pictures below!
The Electric Sea theme saw the stage turned into an underwater world
As one of the world’s largest annual LGBTQ+ events, White Party Bangkok attracts up to 20, partygoers a year, and thanks to the event’s reputation, they all come with lofty expectations: it’s sound to say that these were met during the latest party, which took place in a huge space transferred into an electric underwater world (by cute merman, we’d like to think!).

Friday’s press conference included representatives from state agencies, including the Prime Minister’s Office, political parties, foreign embassies, and the personal sector.
Among the invited guests was Bangkok governor-elect Chadchart Sittipunt, who attended the event as an observer.
“Bangkok is a city of diversity in many aspects, not just sexual diversity. We can live happily when we can consent diversity,” Chadchart said.
He added that as per his plan, June would be designated “Pride month”. Every month is being correlated to Bangkok’s celebration of festivals.
Promsorn Veerathamjari, a delegate of sex workers, said on Friday that this year’s Gay Pride event would also address social issues, in addition to sexual diversity.
“The organisers wish that Pride parade will become an important event on the calendar, similar to Songkran or Loy Krathong,” he said.

Seen as the first official parade in many years also with formidable support from the newly elected Bangkok Governor, thousands of people including women, men, LGBTIQ+ and agender community members joined the event on Silom Route on Sunday, 5 June It was a quite large momentum to thrust for more Gender Equality particularly after the extended COVID pandemic.
Activists and advocate groups demanded for their basic rights based on the 6-color Pride Flag, which represent legal issues (red), state welfare for gender diversity (orange), the future of children and youth (yellow), human pleasure and nature (green), peace (indigo) and spirituality and magic (violet) joined by political parties and business representatives.
In Thailand, there are two bills on LGBTIQ+ partnerships which are 1.) Civil Union bill by the Ministry of Justice which was approved by the cabinet on 7 June and 2.) the draft of Marriage Equality bill which was proposed by the Move Forward Party and is awaiting parliamentary consi
